RETURN EXCHANGE POLICY

If you didn’t like your Siberian Swan pointe shoes, we will accept returns for exchanges or refunds for products purchased directly from www.SiberianSwan.com
It is not always easy to get right shoes without trying them on, please, follow our measurements help and size chart on the “fitting” page. If your shoe doesn’t fit right, we are ready to exchange them to the right size or for a refund.
In case of exchange you are responsible for the shipping of your item back to us, first time exchange we will send you shipping free.

The returned items should be spotlessly clean and in the original new unworn condition. Special orders and shoes that have been scuffed, danced in, had ribbons or elastic attached, or have had the ends of the drawstring pulled through will

If you are returning / exchanging items, please contact us by e-mail info@SiberianSwan.com and explain the reason for return, please, also include the date of purchase, model, size. Please, don’t ship any items back without our confirmation.
You have 4 weeks to return your items for exchange/refund. you are responsible for shipping cost
